Free feed. Paid alerts.
The feed and the Friday digest are free. Alerts, exports, and the API, the parts that put the signal in your workflow, are paid.
Paid plans are not on sale yet. "Email for early access" opens a plain email, no payment details and no charge; you hear back when alerts, export, and the API go live.

Launch pricing: the rate you sign up at is the rate you keep. When prices rise, they rise for new signups only. One placement fee pays for years of either plan. Amounts shown on the feed are stated offering targets from the filing itself; undisclosed means the filer declared an indefinite amount. Sector labels carry their provenance (verified vs inferred) everywhere, including exports and the API.

Those are real filings from the live feed, shown the way the alert email renders them. Your alert contains whatever your saved search matches: your states, your sectors, your amount band.
Monthly. Cancel anytime. No surprises.
the boring promises, in writingNo annual contract
Every plan is month-to-month at the sticker price. No "talk to sales," no first-year discount that renews higher.
Cancel it yourself, any time
Cancellation lives in the Stripe billing portal. No email thread, no retention call. It takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
Your price never goes up
The price you sign up at is the price you keep. Increases apply to new signups only; if we ever lower a price, yours drops at your next renewal.
No credit meters or per-seat pricing
A plan is the whole product. There is no credit balance to manage and no per-seat math; your desk shares one feed.

What we show, and what we don't
the durable claims; check every one on the feed itselfSourced, fresh, and labeled
The SEC filing, linked. Filing-date freshness, pulled nightly from EDGAR. The amount they filed to raise, or undisclosed when that's the truth. Sector labels that state their own provenance: ✓ web-verified, unmarked when machine-classified, unknown when the filing doesn't say.
Built for the first call
Every row ends in action: the SEC filing, the verified website, and a clearly labeled LinkedIn search for the people behind the raise. We stop there on purpose. Emails and phone numbers live in the enrichment tool you already run; the feed hands it the one thing it can't produce, who just filed. Coverage is the filings themselves (see where our data comes from), shaped as a call list, not a company database.
The short version: sourced and fresh, built to sit in front of the contacts tool you already use. The feed finds the raise; your enrichment finds the inbox.
The Friday funding list, free
The week's new raises at a glance: the biggest asks, where they landed, and who's worth a call. One skimmable email. No spam, unsubscribe anytime.
