What you actually get on Monday
One email, one territory, written by a person, with the call list attached three ways.
This is a composed example, not one customer's mail: the greeting is redacted because no client is named on this site. Everything else is real and checkable. The twelve companies, their cities, amounts, dates, sectors, officers and websites are all as filed, and every block links its filing on EDGAR. Two lines are not: the phone numbers are fictional 555 examples, because a real issuer phone never publishes, and the press line shows the template's shape rather than a checked fact. Both are marked wherever they appear, including inside the three attachments.

What makes a sheet like this
One territory
You tell us the states you work or the sectors you place in when you start. A person reads that territory every week, which is why one subscription covers one territory and not the country.
Only what is worth a call
Most of what files is a fund, a property deal or a holding company, and most of the rest is not worth your Monday. What reaches the sheet is the handful that is, with the reason it made the cut visible in the facts.
Nothing invented
Every figure is the filer's own. No title is upgraded, no amount is rounded into a closed round, and where we have not web-verified a company's site or what it does, the line is simply absent rather than guessed.
